Absa supports Life Line project

The LifeLine Ukuba Nesibindi Educare project received a welcomed donation and visit from ABSA trade Solutions staff.

THE LifeLine Ukuba Nesibindi Centre situated in the heart of Warwick Junction received a welcome boost from ABSA Trade Solutions last week.

The ABSA staff once arrived with lunch and educational toys for the children. The staff had also raised funds which will be injected into the project to allow the centre to buy items the learners desperately need.

Pravisha Dhanapalan, Director at LifeLine said LifeLine was grateful to ABSA Trade Staff Solutions for their interest and continued support for the Educare project as their CSI initiative. “The Educare Centre provides an Early Childhood Development programme to children between the ages of two to six years. The diverse centre caters for children from both South Africa and other North African countries. Many of the parents of the children are street vendors,” she said.

The room was filled with excitement as the learners enjoyed their lunch and looked through the toys.
