Win tickets to the Durban International Boat and Lifestyle Show which returns to the Durban Marina from 18 to 20 July for some holiday family fun.

JULY in Durban will not be the same without the Durban International Boatshow and Lifestyle Show adding its own special magic to the sunny city’s winter vacation at the Durban Marina from 18 to 20 July.

A ticket to the 11th Durban International Boat and Lifestyle Show means a taste of the good life! With so much entertainment on offer, the show is an ideal day out for the whole family.

Besides a host of nautical offerings, there are a host of activities and events at the show like kite demos, a sailing and rowing regatta for youth, boat and new marine equipment demonstrations, and much more.

For the motoring and off-road junkies, there’s a showcase of the latest tow-cars and 4x4s as well as the opportunity to win a Nissan Juke, by simply posting a selfie in aid of the Rhino Orphanage to enter.

If you’re a fishing enthusiast, the Durban International Boat and Lifestyle Show brings you presentations on bait, tackle, a fishing simulator and casting. This feature is complemented by casting competitions.

The National Sea Rescue Institute (NSRI) will also be there with its rescue boat, and a knowledgeable crew to inform you how they keep our waterways and oceans safe for all members of the boating fraternity.

Overall, there are great prizes to be won, a kids’ entertainment area and the all new beer garden, restaurant area and Caravan Corner. The show is open from 9.30am to 5pm. Tickets cost R50 for adults and R30 for kids over 12 and senior citizens. Kids under 12 get in free when accompanied by an adult. Tickets are available at the entrance to the show.
