SAPS search for 3 missing persons

Luzuko Ndulelisa was last seen on April 5, 2019, while two more people went missing in March and April this year.

POLICE are appealing to the public to come forward with information that could assist in locating three people who went missing in separate incidents in central Durban.

SAPS spokesperson, Sergeant Zanele Khomo said that Durban Central SAPS is searching for Luzuko Ndulelisa (26) who was last seen on April 5, 2019 on Russell Street near a taxi rank.

“At the time of his disappearance, he was a student at UNISA’s Durban campus. He was wearing a yellow golf shirt, black jeans, a blue jacket, brown shoes, and a white cap. He has a tattoo on his right arm,” said Khomo.

Ndulelisa hails from Lusikisiki area  Easten Cape.

SAPS are also searching for Mutombo Apallon Kanyinda (32) who was last seen on April 25 2022 along Umgeni Road near a bus stop.

“He disappeared after a grey Toyota Yaris vehicle with an unknown registration stopped at the bus stop.  At the time of his disappearance, he was wearing a black jacket, black jeans, a grey T-shirt, and black boots,” said Khomo.

In another incident, Sphamandla Raphael Mthembu ( 34) disappeared. He was last seen on March 30, 2022 at Blue Lagoon  Durban. He was last seen wearing a pink T-shirt and blue jeans,” said Khomo.

Anyone with information that can assist police to find him is requested to contact the investigating officer, Detective Warrant officer Khanyile on 072 428 3758 or Crime Stop on 08600 10111.
