Proud parents, Thabile and Sisanda Nombika walked their twins to their classroom door on the day.

“They were very excited. My daughter is usually the last one to wake up, but this morning she was up at 05:00. It was such joy to see,” said Thabile.

The principal at St Henry’s Marist College, Dr Stephen Leech, said, “While we remain cautious and vigilant about Covid-19, we have taken the view that we must have a normal academic year, or as close to that as possible, and we have planned accordingly. It has been wonderful to start the new academic year in this way, and long may it continue.”
