Vocalist Zama and pianist Smith bring a 70 minute wide repertoire set of jazz standards, South Africa favourites, and original music. The duo met in the early 2000s, while studying music at the University of KwaZulu-Natal. They played duo gigs in different restaurants and the corporate scene.
Smith has always had a passion for music, and was a part of a very successful jazz/hip hop band Big Idea that made waves throughout the country.
Zama is also the lead vocalist of the successful all-female contemporary jazz band Heels Over Head. This versatile vocalist is well-known on the jazz circuit and is a well-loved vocalist in Durban.
