Play your part, stop the spread of Coronavirus by practicing the following
1. Always wear a mask
2. Keep at least 1.5 metre physical distance
3. Wash your hands regularly

Please remember Social gatherings remain prohibited under lockdown level 3.

Take responsibility, help curb the spread of the Coronavirus by practicing good hygiene and adhere to government regulations.

 

Don’t Panic
There is no need to panic – 82 per cent of Covid-19 cases are mild: patients only experience a slight fever fatigue and cough. Only about 6 per cent of patients need intensive care.

The vast majority of people can stay at home and get better without hospital treatment.

Symptoms
The most common symptoms are
Cough
Fever
Sore throat
Shortness of breath

Wash your hands regularly with soap or an alcohol based hand sanitzer.
Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth with unwashed hands.
Avoid close contact with people who are sick.
Cover your cough or sneeze with a flexed elbow or tissue, the throw the tissue in the bin.
Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces.

Choose to protect yourself and others.
