New dates for triathlon events
The Tinman race two has been moved to 21 June and the Sun City Ultra Triathlon will now be held on 16 August.
THE unprecedented effect of Covid-19 has hit the thriving South African events business extremely hard, with thousands of events being cancelled and postponed.
In light of this, The B-Active Events Team has announced two events have been postponed to new dates. The Tinman race two has been moved to 21 June and the Sun City Ultra Triathlon will now be held on 16 August.
“These event dates have taken as many considerations into account that we can. They may however not be suitable for each and every athlete. With this in mind, if an entered athlete cannot attend the new date, then they will have the opportunity to carry their entry over to any other event in the same series, or they can defer it to the 2021 event. So, you can carry on entering your most loved events, your entry fees are secure!” said Damian Bradley from B-Active.
