Musical extravaganza at Clifton School

The production will run from Sunday, 15 to Wednesday, 18 March at Clifton School.

THE music production ‘A Musical Extravaganza’ is representing the explosion of the arts at Clifton School.

The production will run from Sunday, 15 to Wednesday, 18 March.

The inspiration behind such a musical production comes from the idea of a Revue; a French word meaning a series of short theatrical, dance and musical excerpts coming together on one stage. Cultivated by the Music Department, this showcase of diverse talent will leave any audience in awe.

This experience gives the performers an opportunity to express themselves artistically with items ranging from cabaret, classical, hip-hop, contemporary ballet to dramatic theatre. This is certainly an extravaganza you do not want to miss!

The weekday performances start at 7pm, while Sunday is a matinee and starts at 3pm. Tickets are on sale at the door at R100 per person. The matinee is free of charge.
