Popular city run supports charities

Runners will support various charities at the FNB Durban 10K CITYSURFRUN.

RUNNERS and walkers taking part in the 3rd annual FNB Durban 10K CITYSURFRUN on Sunday, 13 October can make a change by supporting one or all five of the event’s charities, The Reach For A Dream Foundation (RFAD), TREE, Durban and Coast SPCA, LIV Village and iThemba Lethu.

Michael Meyer, Managing Director of Stillwater Sports, said: “We are proud to support the five local charities, and runners and walkers can support one or all five charities when they enter the 2019 event online.”

The event is the last of three mass participation road running events that make up the FNB Run Your City Series. The event starts at 7am at Blue Lagoon (Athlone Drive) and finishes at the beachfront precinct (near The Bike and Bean).

Standard entry is R185 (licensed) and R215 (unlicensed) and gold package entry is R850 (licensed) and R880 (unlicensed).
