Sing-along with Colin Penn Remembrance Day concert

This year's concert on Sunday, 11 November at Norwegian Hall is The Greatest Ever Sing-a-long.

PIANIST Colin Penn has been entertaining the public for 64 years, but it is his Country Club supper theatre and Sunday afternoon shows that he is best remembered with his 11 November Remembrance Day shows in particular packing audiences in year after year.

This year’s concert on Sunday, 11 November at Norwegian Hall, 214 St Thomas Road, Musgrave at 2pm, is The Greatest Ever Sing-a-long, where the audience will be part of the cast with prizes for the best singers. Wear your medals to set the tone.

Enjoy this massive sing-a-long from Daisy Daisy of WW1 to the 50s great rock ‘n roll numbers of the Korean War with dozens in between. The songs that kept up the spirits during WW1,WW2 and the Korean War will be lustily remembered and the celebratory songs long after the wars, Frankie, Elvis, and Buddy Holly, will be included.

Lots of memories, lots of nostalgia, a few tears, lots of gags, lots of music and a huge amount of singing.
