WITH the fireworks season ahead, take your pets to be microchipped on Sunday, 28 October at Davenport Square from 10am to 1pm.
The importance of microchipping your pets can’t be stressed enough. Without a microchip, it is very difficult to reunite lost or stolen pets. The chip provides information to rescue organisations or vets when a pet is found.
Owners must also ensure their details are always kept up to date on the database to ensure the best chance of being reunited with their missing pet.
