Cultural calabash at UKZN

The concert features a line-up of KZN born artists that consists of various music and dance traditions showcasing African creativity.

UNIVERSITY of KwaZulu-Natal (UKZN) School of Arts African Music Project presents the 13th African Cultural Calabash and African Cuisine event on Friday, 12 October at University of KwaZulu-Natal’s Howard College Theatre at 7.30pm.

This year’s theme celebrates pride taken by celebrating and promoting African cultural heritage, which cultivates a spirit of becoming greater human beings by maintaining traditions and customs especially through music and dance.

The concert features a line-up of KZN born artists that consists of various music and dance traditions showcasing African creativity.
