How We Got These Suits comedy tour comes to town

The show focuses on the comedian's journey of growing up in two extremes.

EMILIO Tobias and Tsitsi Chiumya will present the Durban leg of their debut national one-man comedy tour, How We Got These Suits live at the Durban BAT Centre on 25 November at 7.30pm.

The show showcases a brand-new style of comedy, focusing on their journeys of growing up in two extremes: One of a Coloured child growing up in Soweto, the other as a Black child born into the rural community Lebowakgomo in Limpopo.

The talented duo whose comedic chemistry started as friends in high school, have gone on to establish themselves as the local young comedians to watch. With a career that began only two short years ago in 2015, both Tobias and Chiumya have racked up quite the comedic reputation.

Both comedians have opened for many local comedic powerhouses which include the likes of John Vlismas, Barry Hilton, Nik Ravinowitz and Carvin H Goldstone.

The two debuted How We Got These Suits at The Joburg Theatre to a sold-out crowd. Tickets are R100 via www.quicket.co.za or R120 at the door.
