Mended hearts meet
Learn more about stress and hypertension at the next Mended Hearts support group meeting.
THE Heart and Stroke Foundation South Africa will host a Mended Hearts support group meeting on Monday, 26 June at 5.30pm in the Conference Room at Life Westville Hospital.
The guest speaker is Kashmira Sewgambar, a registered dietitian at Life Westville Hospital, who will speak on the all-important topic of stress and hypertension.
Mended hearts is a free monthly meeting for all those that have suffered a heart attack or stroke, their families or friends who wish to participate and learn more.
