Police arrest local drug dealer
The local drug dealer was found with 200 capsules of heroin.
THE Mayville crime prevention members nabbed a local drug dealer on Saturday. The dealer was found with 200 capsules of heroin.
“We have been monitoring him for some time and through the members’ observation, patience and perseverance they managed to apprehend the local dealer at around 7pm in Sherringham Road as he was making his way up to his property at Darby and West Road (Dr Pixley KaSeme Street),” said Warrant Officer, Patrick Zithulele Ngwane.
The police searched him and he was found in possession of the narcotics. The 38-year-old appeared in the Durban Magistrate’s court on Monday and was released on bail.
