The competition was held in Durban and saw synchronised swimming clubs across the country take part in the competition at Northwood pool from 11 to 14 December.

Giulia won four gold medals and two bronze medals for her synchronised swimming club, Cygnus.

She took first place in the Figures (13-15), Solo (13-15), Duet (15-18) and Trio (13-18) divisions. The Technical Team and Free Combination Team won bronze medals.

The awards dinner was held at DCC where the girls who represented SA in July at the Junior World Championships in Russia, were recognised for receiving their SA Junior Colours.
