Easter egg hunt
Go along for a fun-filled Easter celebration at this week's Essenwood Craft Market.
THE Essenwood Craft Market, known for its art, crafts and delicious varieties of brunch delicacies, is hosting a special Easter-themed market on Saturday 26 March which also celebrates the 1200th market.
The market caters for everyone and boasts great gifts, fashion and décor. Expect to shop to your heart’s content while the little ones are entertained by the famous annual Essenwood Easter egg hunt. Register by 11am on the day, registration fee is R5 per child (for children under 12). There will be some great prizes for the kids. Little ones must please be supervised by an adult.
There will also be free pony rides, including their fully equipped playground and soft toy area for the tots. The kids will also enjoy the kids craft corner and many other activities.
Essenwood Market is pram and wheelchair friendly throughout and well-behaved pets on a leash are welcome. Visitors parking is available in Essenwood, St Thomas, Berea Park and Sydenham Roads with car guards on site.
