KZN attractions make best in SA travel list
Seventeen of KwaZulu-Natal's most beautiful tourist attractions have made it onto Travel Start's 101 best destinations' list.
KWAZULU-NATAL is not only known for its warm oceans and beautiful summer weather, but also as the province where you get to experience all four seasons in just one day.
You can go from beach lounging to mountain climbing in just four hours, but then also get to see the Big Five in the same amount of time.
From fine dining and living at The Oyster Box Hotel, to learning about KZN’s rich Battlefields, this beautiful province has it all.
Travel Start wrote on its blog that Stats SA noted a record number of visitors to South Africa’s shores with almost one million tourists visiting South Africa in December 2013.
They compiled a list of 101 of South Africa’s best destinations, with 17 of these being from KZN.
