One Love Music Festival

THE KwaZulu-Natal Rasta Business Foundation invites its patrons to partake in its One Love Music Festival taking place on February 18 and 19 at Burman Bush in Morningside. The event will start at 12:00 on the 18th and end late on the 19th. The entrance fee is R80.

According to the event organiser, the festival will give local street vendors and community members an opportunity to promote and sell their products.

Upper South Coast Art meeting

THE Upper South Coast Art Association will hold its next meeting at 13:00 on February 18 at Mooi Hawens Activities Hall, 3 Middleton Road, Winklespruit. Patricia McCann will demonstrate an acrylic scene with a waterfall, and it promises to be a fun event. Cost for visitors is R30.

The morning class will be presented by Callie Pickering, and the activity will be drawing with acrylics and ink. Cost is R30.

Braai for British South African Police members

A BRAAI will be held for British South African Police members on February 19 at the Mills Bomb Shellhole in Warner Beach. The braai will start at 11:00. Take along your own meat, plates and cutlery. Salads and rolls will be provided. The entrance fee is R20, and a donation for the raffle is welcome.

Artisanal Craft Market

A GOURMET Food and Artisanal Craft market based inside the Hollywood bets Greyville Racecourse is an exciting event for the entire family. There will be a safe kiddies area and safe and secure parking inside the racecourse.

The market is based indoors under shelter. It is a safe and secure environment for an outing. It opens on Sundays and Race Days at 10:30 and the entrance is free through Gate 8.

Market to support small businesses every Saturday and last Friday

VISIT the fun-filled New Time Market in ‘The Square‘’ in the Toti CBD every Saturday, from 09:00 to 15:00, and every last Friday of the month from 17:00 to 21:00. Entrance is free. The aim of the market, organised by Wanderers Haven and Mug ‘n Dine, is to support small businesses, upgrade the town and help build a place of safety for those in need. The day includes entertainment for the children, cake and coffee stands, food stalls, arts and crafts, jewellery and much more.

Social darts every Friday night

YELLOWWOOD Park Sports Club hosts social darts with a twist every Friday evening from 18:30 for 19:00. Social darts is a two-hour fun game that anyone can play. The rules change every week, and players are seeded and/or handicapped depending on experience. There are various prizes up for grabs and raffle tickets on sale. Darts will be provided or you can bring your own.
