To celebrate the love that South Africans have for the local Clicks franchise and its products, Berea Mail journalist Nia Louw visited her nearest Clicks store and shopped her five favourite and essential items from the store!
FIFTY-FOUR years ago, Clicks Retail Group was founded in Cape Town by Jack Goldin. Goldin was a visionary retailer who intended to create a chain of drugstores, but due to legislative restrictions, however, his dream was only realised 35 years later. The company has come a long way since its inception and now operates more than 670 retail outlets in South Africa and was listed on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange, in the Food and Drug Retailers sector, in 2003.

The pharmacy chain not only provides healthcare services and clinics but also retails beauty products, lifestyle products, baby products, music, clothing and so much more.
