Throughout the year votes have been cast by leading MICE industry professionals worldwide, as well as MICE consumers, in more than 100 countries.

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic a lot of convention centres, including the Durban ICC, have had to cancel many events leading to significant revenue loss.

“Our winners have all demonstrated remarkable resilience in a year of unprecedented challenges and represent the best of the MICE industry. My congratulations to each of them,” said Rina van Staden, Director of World MICE Awards.
