Don’t miss Rhumbelow’s online theatre shows

Reserve your seat and support the Rhumbelow and its performing artists.

RHUMBELOW Theatre is launching its “LOSS” series – Lockdown Online Streaming Shows.

The theatre has a number of shows that are already available for audiences on You Tube and will be adding to this list daily. Reserve your seat and support the Rhumbelow and its performing artists.

One of the shows online at the moment is Songs the Wars Made Famous, featuring Dave Burch, Mim Erasmus and Bernie Davenport.

The trio have been around the music scene for quite a while, and have their own style of presenting “Golden Oldies”.

In Songs the Wars Made Famous, they transport audiences back to a time when music was an ally, supporting the troops and, maybe more so, the folks back home.

Another online show is Don’t Burst My Bublé. Jonathan Didlick returns to the Rhumbelow with his production, a selection of songs by one of his favourite and most influential performers, Michael Bublé.

If you’re into comedy, join the Family Players for their comedy drag show about nuns, Bad Habits, and enjoy a fun musical romp with Lisa Bobbert and Tonya Koenderman in The Convent Girls, a show about two girls who went to the same high school.

To secure your seat, advise how many people will be watching, make a minimum donation of R100 per person watching and deposit into the Rhumbelow bank account: Branch code: Nedbank Musgrave 130126, generic branch code: 198 765, account number: 2301348474 (Savings), Name of account: Rhumbelow Theatre.
