Keep your tickets for Music at the Lake concert

Durban fans will be treated to a colourfully energetic performance by three larger than life female stars later this year.

DURBAN fans who were looking forward to the performance by award-winning Sho Madjozi, and Durban’s Shekinah and Nipho Hurd, at the next Old Mutual Music at the Lake concert at Durban Botanic Gardens on Sunday, 29 March, can hold onto their tickets for the postponed concert on 4 October.

Existing tickets will be valid for the concert on 4 October, or alternatively you can apply for a refund if you are unavailable. All purchased tickets can be rescheduled to the new dates or refunded.

If you decided to keep your tickets for the new date, your tickets will automatically be moved to the new date.

Login to your Webtickets profile (www.webtickets.co.za) and click on ‘My tickets’ to view your new tickets.

For a refund, log in to your Webtickets profile, click on ‘My tickets’, click on ‘Choose action’ and ‘Refund tickets’ next to your transaction.

If you paid via Pick n Pay or EFT, you will be prompted to enter your banking details and receive a confirmation email. Refunds will be processed and paid within five days.

They cost R150 for adults, R80 for children between eight and 12, and R10 for children under eight.
