Assist police in inquest

Assistance is being sought by Durban Central police regarding the body of a woman found on the beach.

DURBAN Central detectives are appealing for assistance with an inquest case they are investigating.

According to Const Zanele Khome from Durban Central, it is alleged that on 30 June at about 1pm, the body of a woman was found in lower Marine Parade, North Beach by the beach pier.

“The deceased was around 46 years old, according to the passport that was found on her. She was identified as Simangele Sibanda from Zimbabwe. Anyone with information that might assist the police to solve this case are urged to contact the detective,” she said.
