DUST off your running shoes and get ready for this year’s Savages 21.1km/10km Challenge on Sunday, 18 August.
The event starts in Sir Arthur Road outside Morningside Primary School and takes runners on a challenging course around Morningside, starting at 6.30am.
Entries are R160 for the 21km event and R140 for the 10km event, which includes a R20 donation to selected charities.
Early bird entry up to 31 July is R130 for the 21km race, and R110 for the 10km event.
Temporary licences for non-club members are R30 for both races.
People running in the 70+ group run/walk for free.
The first 1 200 entrants receive a T-shirt.

Cut off is three hours for the 21km race.There are prizes for the first three runners to complete each category.
Enter online at www.eventiming.co.za or at Morningside Primary School from 10am to 5pm on Saturday, 17 August.
Collect your race numbers at Morningside Primary School on Saturday, 17 August between 10am and 5pm.
There will be no entries on 18 August.
Parking will be available at the Girl Guide Hall, Lumsden Crescent, Morningside Sports Club, Hollander Crescent and the grass area at the intersection of Burman and Trematon Drives.
