Gijima for CANSA

Young and old are invited to get active, healthy and have some fun with the whole family at the fun run.

THE Cancer Association of South Africa (CANSA) Durban will hosting a 5km family fun run called Gijima for CANSA on 3rd February, a day before World Cancer Day.

CANSA is inviting young and old to get active, healthy and have some fun with the whole family at the fun run which starts at Bike and Bean on the Durban beachfront.

At the same time you will be contributing to a local organisation that has been educating the public and offering support services to cancer patients and their families for 40 years.

This fun run is aimed at creating awareness about living a healthy lifestyle and the realisation that everyone can make a difference in the fight against cancer.

By ensuring your family has a healthier diet, exercises more regularly, applies sunscreen and even through volunteering you can make a difference.

Registration will be on the day from 7am, and the race starts at 8am. Cost is R80 for children, including a CANSA wrap and R100 for adults, including a CANSA wrap.
