Enter Durban’s challenging Amashova race

The Tsogo Sun Amashova Durban Classic will include the 160km race this October.

DURBAN’S popular annual Tsogo Sun Amashova Durban Classic takes place on 21 October.

Cyclists taking part in thee oldest road classic cycling race in South Africa from Pietermaritzburg to Durban can enter either the fun 35km race, the challenging 65km race, the competitive 106km race or the newly-added, gruelling 160km race.

Entry is open to anyone with a bike and a helmet.

In keeping with the overall enjoyment of the day, loads of fun will be had along the route with great food and festivities and a relaxed post-race vibe at the Suncoast Casino Hotels and Entertainment lawns with live music on offer.

To enter the Tsogo Sun Amashova Durban Classic, go to www.shova.co.za. The closing date for online entries is 11pm on 20 September. Late entries are also taken but these riders will not be seeded in the 106km event.
