VIDEO: Zuma’s case postponed

Mr Zuma appeared briefly in the Durban High Court this morning facing charges of fraud, money laundering and racketeering, all of which stem from the controversial arms deal.

THE case against former president Jacob Zuma has been postponed to 8 June after a request by the  prosecution for a postponement.

A large crowd of Zuma supporters camped outside the court, many of whom were wearing ANC colours in defiance of an appeal from the party’s NEC not to wear party regalia.

Hundreds of supporters marched from King Dinizulu park this morning to the High Court in support of the former president.

The crowd broke out into cheers and ululating as Zuma made his way out of the court after his brief appearance.
