THREE suspects were arrested this morning as Umbilo SAPS together with combined law enforcement units raided Dalton Beer Hall in Umbilo as part of Operation Fiela 2.

In this morning’s raid on the premises, one suspect was arrested for the possession of a stolen vehicle and the possession of an unlicensed firearm.
A second suspect was arrested for dealing in drugs and police recovered a stash of drugs with a street value of R8 000. A third suspect was arrested for dealing in the sale of alcohol.
Last week Operation Fiela 2 took to the streets of Umbilo and lower Glenwood and raided suspected brothels.
A number of women were also arrested and drugs and drug paraphernalia recovered.
