Robby Collins's brand new one man show will be at the Garden Court Hotel.
COMEDIAN, Robby Collins, returns to Durban with his new one man stand-up comedy show, Son Of Carol, on 29 and 30 September at Garden Court Hotel (Marine Parade) at 8pm.
Originally from the 031 and now based in Joburg, Robby has established himself as one of the brightest lights on the comedy scene in South Africa.
Hot off the heels of his stint as a warm up act for Trevor Noah’s recent South African tour and fresh from participating at the biggest comedy festival in the world, the Just For Laughs Comedy Festival where he also performed at a live recording of LOL (Laugh Out Loud) which was produced by world famous comedian Kevin Hart, Robby brings this brand new show to Durban.
Son of Carol is a hilarious introspection of a young man finding his place in this world. From suffering his first heartbreak at the hands of a taxi driver, to getting fit on a kids’ playground, Robby explores the crazy situations a young comic on South Africa’s colourful comedy scene finds himself in.
Robby is one of the most original acts in SA today with material that is truly his own.
