Classes disrupted at George Campbell again.

TWO protesters were arrested by police earlier today, as classes were again disrupted at George Campbell School of Technology. A small group of Congress of South African Student Association (Cosas) members and Black Land First members (BLF) demonstrated outside the school premises.

According to the protesters, the demonstration was in solidarity with the racism black learners were subjected to at the school.

The demonstrations have been on-going for an almost three-weeks after claims of racism, assault videos and voice notes surfaced.

In one video released last week, a staff member can be seen engaged in a fist fight with a learner and in another, the video shows learners disrupting classes.

Parents have also voiced their concerns over the protests which not only disrupted classes but also put added stress on matrics who have trials looming.
