Former Glenwood headmaster back in court

The defense team has asked for more time to view evidence delivered to them last week.

DISGRACED former Glenwood High School headmaster appeared in the Commercial Crimes Court again this week where he is facing charges of fraud and stands accused of making false claims amounting to more than R5-million.

Earlier this week, Carl van der Merwe, who leads Kershaw’s legal team, asked for more time to view evidence he claimed his team had only received last week.  The evidence was contained in a document storage device which the defense argued would require them have an expert help them understand the information.

The matter continues in court.
