Auditions open for Daveyton artists

Are you a local artist from Daveyton, between 18-35 years old and looking for an uplifting opportunity?
Well, Rhoo Hlatswayo Arts Centre (RHAC), in partnership with National Arts Council (NAC), is looking for you.
The RHAC Arts 4 Education project is calling on qualified or trained artists to come audition a five- to 10-minute piece in one or more of the following disciplines: dance, music, drama, poetry, and puppetry.
The winners will create a production that will tour township schools located in the eastern corridor of Gauteng as part of combating challenges in education in the form of integrating the arts into the school curriculum.
Auditions will be held on February 5 at the Rhoo Hlatswayo Arts Centre from 09:00.
