Arts Alive Exhibition raises funds for Rotary
Everyone who attended enjoyed soup and wine and when it got too cold they could sit around the bonfire.
Rotary Club Benoni Aurora raised over R20 000 at the Arts Alive 10th annual arts exhibition recently.
Art students ranging from four years to 80 years donated 128 squares of their art that was sold at the exhibition for R200 each.
All proceeds raised went towards funding projects Rotary Club Benoni Aurora are part of.

Kelly Skene (10) came with her family to view her artwork that was put on display.Her father, Ernest Skene, said she a natural artistic talent; she started in January and has already shown improvement.
According to Kelly, it took her four weeks to complete her “love birds” piece.
