The singer was invited to appear on the show, where she performed four songs.
She sang “The Story”, “Proud Mary”, “Crazy” and “Shoop Shoop”.
HunTer said her appearance was a dream come true, and the response she received was awesome.
She added that she received overwhelming support on her Facebook and Twitter accounts and cellphone from fans, family and friends.
Asked about her future plans, the mother of two said she is currently recording her new country album and plans to travel overseas next year.
A few tours this year are also part of her list.
With her own record label and studio keeping her busy, she relies heavily on support from her family.
