For 22-year-old Katlego Phala, being sworn in at the Limpopo legislature will make her the youngest South African member of the provincial legislature (MPL).
In an interview on a national radio station this week, she said ‘‘if you are good enough, you are old enough’’.
These wise words should serve as an inspiration to all youngsters out there that nothing is impossible.
It goes to show that age is just a number and with hard work and dedication anything is possible.
As clichéd as it sounds, it is the truth.
So, find what you love and start working on your final goal as soon as possible.
Who knows, maybe you will become a game changer in your community or the world.
Your dreams are you biggest limitations.
