Flagship EFC Gym Paulshof opening weekend
The African MMA landscape is about to change with the launch of the EFC Gym Paulshof at the EFC Performance Institute.
Doors rise early on Saturday, February 2 for an open day.
There will be a variety of classes and demonstrations on offer throughout the day, giving attendees a taste of what the EFC Gym Paulshof has to offer; from EFC FIT to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, plus wrestling, boxing and kickboxing pad work, MMA training, Crossfit, Olympic lifting and so much more.
The event will be held on February 2, at the EFC Performance Institute, Cambridge Commercial Park, 22 Witkoppen Road, Paulshof. Doors open at 8am until 12noon.
There are grandstands and an upstairs refreshment bar providing a clear view of the entire facility.
