Benoni Northerns Athletic Club’s (BNAC) Bright Mikolongwe continues to impress whenever he puts his running shoes to the tar.
Following on from some good results in the first two 21.1km races of the Vitality Run Series (a fifth place at the Old Eds Road Race and a third place at the Aucor Wanderers Road) the Lakefield resident clocked in as the first runner home at the third of four Vitality Run Series races, the Adrienne Hersch Challenge 21km race in Randburg on September 1 with a blitz quick time of one hour and 13 minutes.
