Jet soars to success at PHL.

Former Benoni Northerns junior hockey and men’s national hockey team player Jethro ‘Jet’ Eustice skippered his team, the Drakensberg Dragons, to victory in the third South African Premier Hockey League (PHL) with a win over the Addo Elephants in the men’s final at the Randburg Astro on August 26.

The former Arbor Primary School learner was also announced as the men’s player of the tournament after his sublime performance with stick in hand.

“We were consistent, disciplined and stuck to our plan,” said Eustice.

“It has been a great experience and I can’t wait until 2019 for the next tournament.”
