The Australian cricket team is in town for Willowmoore warm-up match
Benoni will host Australia’s only warm-up match ahead of the Test series against South Africa.
Australia has named a strong side for their three-day warm-up match against South Africa A at Sahara Park Willowmoore from tomorrow (Thursday, February 22) to Saturday, February 24.
The encounter will be their only warm-up ahead of the four-match Test series against the Proteas.
Benonians will get the opportunity to see some of the Australian stars in action including captain and world number one Test batsman Steve Smith, Usman Khawaja, Mitchell Starc, Nathan Lyon and Josh Hazelwood.
Entrance to the ground is free to spectators.
The first delivery will be bowled at 10am.
