Gym officially opens with ‘After Dark’ event

The VIP Boxing and Fitness Gym, at the Indoor Sports World in Malherbe Street, was officially opened on September 30 with the White Collar Boxing ‘After Dark’ event with 10 fights on the card.

Dimillo ‘Nillo’ Adonis (from Fight Club Bryanston) was one of those fighters who tested himself in the ring.

Boxers from throughout Gauteng participated at the event, presented by the White Collar Boxing Factory, which promotes boxing for non-professional/amateur fighters.

Harry Ramogoadi, promoter and organiser of the event, said: “White Collar Boxing has no winner and no loser.

“It is mostly about raising funds and for ordinary people who just want to test and challenge themselves in the boxing ring.”
