Sprightly septuagenarian shows the way

Benoni Northerns Athletic Club’s (BNAC) Sidwell Mhlongo (74) was the first walker home in the 10km (male 70 to 79 years old category) at the Wanderers' Aucor Property Road Race recently.

He finished the walk in a time of one hour and 12 minutes.
