Banyana Banyana training in Benoni
The senior national women’s football team Banyana Banyana has been preparing for the Cosafa Women’s Championship in Zimbabwe in the coming week, at Benoni Northern Sports Club.
The team, under the guidance of interim head coach and former Banyana Banyana skipper Desiree Ellis, has been training at the Benoni club since Tuesday.
They are in action at Northerns today against a boy’’s development team from the famed Transnet School of Excellence.
The club has been a popular choice for national and professional teams in recent years.
