Old Bens u-11s are off to the Gothia Cup

These u-11 players from Old Benonians Football Club will be playing in the Gothia Cup - the world’s largest and international youth football tournament - next week.

Each year, around 1 600 teams from 80 nations take part in different age groups at the “World Youth Cup”, organised by Swedish professional club BK Häken.

The u-11 boys (playing seven-a-side at the tournament) are coached by Raymond Cloete, who is also the club’s senior first team coach.
