Registrations are for all senior and junior players.
Parents of junior players must bring a copy of their child’s unabridged birth certificate while players over the age of 18 years old must bring a copy of their ID document.
All registrants must bring two colour ID photos, but a photographer will also be available on the day.
Those who previously played at another club must bring along their clearance certificate.
