Benonian scores equaliser for Bafana Bafana

Bradley Grobler has a new lease on life in his football career.

Following his return to the Bafana Bafana squad, after a long absence, the SuperSport United striker (28) has proven that he still has plenty to offer in the national football team.

He came on as a second half substitute in the World Cup Qualifier against Senegal on Saturday, November 12 and made a telling and impressive impact as a target man.

In last night’s international friendly versus Mozambique the Benoni High School old boy again made a contribution from the bench.

He found the equaliser (after South Africa went a goal down) in the 56th minute of the match.

The match would end 1-1.

The goal was Grobler’s second international goal.

His first came on debut against Zimbabwe back in 2011.
