Broughton places third for the season
Northmead resident Justin Broughton (46), racing in the masters’ category, placed second and overall third for the season at the final race of the Liquorland National Enduro Series, powered by Powasol, in Heidelberg, on Saturday, October 15.
The Sherco-sponsored endurance rider owns the well-known workshop “Beetle Corner – The Workshop” in Prince’s Avenue.
Broughton raced the final event on his Sherco 450, instead of his 300, due to technical issues, and surprisingly well, considering that the 450 is more for off-road racing.
He thanked his sponsors for their support.
