Ireland to take on SA, Aussies at Willowmoore

The Ireland national cricket team are seeking to hone their skills against two of the top one day international (ODI) countries in the world, when they play back-to-back matches at Sahara Park Willowmoore, at the end of September.

Kevin O’Brien is one of the familiar faces in the Ireland squad for the tour matches in Benoni.

Benonians will see the Proteas for the first time since they played an ODI against Pakistan at Willowmoore in March, 2013, when they face the Irish on Sunday, September 25, at 10am.

Ireland will then play Australia in Benoni on Tuesday, September 27, at 10am, ahead of the Australians’ five-match ODI series against South Africa.
