Gymnastics club attend international event

The YDG (Youth Development Gymnastics) Club, from Ekurhuleni, recently participated in the second World Gym for Life Challenge, which was held in Cape Town.

The club members returned home with bronze medals.

Milly Ratale, coach of the YDG club, said that the competition was very tough and that the club will participate at the event in Finland, in 2015.

This year’s World Trophy was won by the Austrian team.

Ratale will now start helping to develop other gymnastics teams around Ekurhuleni who wish to be a part of the selection process, in August.
