As the New Year has dawned upon us, some left hurt, pain and even loved ones in the year 2020.

But to those who made it into 2021, firstly happy New Year for you survived 2020. However, do not take it for granted.

Enjoy the breath you take, the life you live, the people you love and take precaution, not just for yourself but for those around you.

To those who lost loved ones, my condolences, may this New Year bring healing to your broken hearts and reach out for help to those who you trust if the pain is too much.

May 2021 be far better for you and your loved ones.
